A hotel chain with locations in some of America’s best-known college towns is offering an “all you can stay” deal this summer. It’s the perfect excuse to take a vacation — and maybe learn something along the way. The Graduate Hall Pass costs $400, and will allow travelers to spend an entire month on the road, staying in trendy hotels along the way. Graduate is a design-forward hotel chain launched in 2014, with locations near some of America’s best-known college campuses....

Although you may have dreams of crossing the country in a stylish vintage convertible, your budget may have other ideas. But that doesn’t mean you can’t — at least temporarily — drive around in the vintage car of your dreams. A new app called DriveShare is billing itself as an Airbnb-esque way to rent out vintage and luxury cars. On Thursday, the U.S. State Department raised its travel advisory against China to a Level 4, or red (its highest level) due to the coronavirus outbreak, alerting travelers to not go to country at all. Airlines taken measures to keep their customers safe with cancelling flights. “The main reason for this declaration is not because of what is happening in China but because of what is happening in other countries,” WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told reporters in Geneva on Thursday, according to The Associated Press....

So far, this summer has been packed with exciting celestial events and rocket launches. Most recently, we saw Comet Neowise light up the night sky, and this week, we’ll have two chances to spot shooting stars before the launch of the Mars Perseverance rover, slated for July 30. The Delta Aquariids meteor shower and the Alpha Capricornids meteor shower will both peak this week, giving stargazers the opportunity to see several meteors an hour....
